Product Overview

Non Silicone Release Liner is used when the adhesive surface cannot risk silicone migration or unknown residue. In OCA, display module, sensor, camera module, medical patch, and wearable tape production, a normal silicone liner may peel smoothly but still leave trace residue. That residue may reduce wet-out, weaken bonding, create fisheye marks, affect optical clarity, or cause unstable lamination after die cutting.

Our non silicone PET release film uses stable PET base film with controlled release chemistry. Compared with paper liners, PET gives better dimensional stability, cleaner die-cut edges, lower fiber dust, and stronger web handling during narrow-width slitting.
